Refund Policy

We believe in fair, transparent refunds. If your experience falls short, we want to make it right.

1. Overview & principles

At Nakshtralogy, every consultation, every report, every interaction should add value to your life. When something goes wrong — a dropped call, an unprofessional astrologer, a billing error — we want to make it right quickly and fairly.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services on Nakshtralogy mobile apps and website, including live astrologer consultations (chat, voice, video), wallet recharges, premium AI reports, and Kundli Milan services.

★ Our refund commitment: Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. We do not require lengthy justification or paperwork — your good-faith account is enough.

3. How to request a refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the consultation or transaction. Two ways to request:

3.1 In-app refund (fastest)

  1. Open the Nakshtralogy app → ProfileMy Bookings
  2. Tap the consultation in question
  3. Tap "Request Refund"
  4. Select reason from dropdown + add optional details
  5. Submit — you'll receive an acknowledgement email within 1 hour

3.2 Email request

Send an email to info@paramvasu.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Booking ID]"

Include: your registered phone number, consultation date/time, astrologer name, and a brief description of the issue.

If your refund request is declined and you disagree, you can escalate:

7.1 Escalation process

  1. Level 1: Reply to the decision email within 7 days requesting re-review
  2. Level 2: Email info@paramvasu.com with subject "Escalation — [Booking ID]" — handled by senior support
  3. Level 3: Grievance Officer review — final internal authority, decision within 14 days
  4. External: If unresolved, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or consumer courts under Indian jurisdiction (Mumbai)
